I loved this movie!!!!! Red Dog is based on a true story about, well obviously a dog, who travels many many miles across Australia in search of his long lost one and only master, John Grant (played by Josh Lucas). And at the same time Red Dog (played by Koko) manages to unite the entire community of a remote mining town in South Australia. Red Dog boasts a terrific ensemble cast including the likes of Rachel Taylor, Keisha Castle-Hughes and Bill Hunter also makes an appearance in what was to sadly be his final role in this film, plus a great soundtrack. Sit down and enjoy this movie with the whole family, just make sure there’s a box of tissues handy!
