As a relative newcomer to yoga I was seeking a product to supplement classes and guide me through sequences. This product is exactly what I was looking for, and it's by an Australian practitioner. Clear instructions with alternatives where flexibility may be limited. Highly recommended.

If you are new to yoga this goes a bit fast, so I dont recommend it as an intro to yoga. If you have done a bit of yoga before it's great - once you get past the Aussie accent.... Nice combination of postures though, but personally I would prefer the flow to be a bit slower
