This movie is absolutly helarious, leslie neilson is a great actor, hes so funny in spoofs and this is a great example of one, unlike more recent spoofs like scary movies this movie isnt too miles over the top that its not so funny nor is it lame, its just pure helarity and a must have if oyu like spoofs about spys and what not

The movie series is based on Nielsen's character in the television series "Police Squad!" This is the first of a trilogy starring starring Leslie Nielsen, Priscilla Presley, George Kennedy, and O.J. Simpson. This is by far the funniest of the series, with a number of laugh out loud moments. Well worth a look for fans of slapstick and silly humour...

This is the ultimate spoof movie. There isn't much that can be said about this here. It's well acted, the jokes are well timed and fast paced, it spawned two sequels of equal quality, and further promoted the careers of its actors. If you haven't seen this then you're missing out on top quality comedy.
