Sandra Bullock is a doctor living in a beautiful glass house on a lake in 2006 and Keanu Reeves is an architect residing in the same house in 2004. Somehow the two make contact with each other through letters left in the mailbox of the house and eventually come to realise that they are communicating backwards and forwards in time.
The Notebook is a timeless love story from a novel by Nicholas Sparks.
