Absolutely loved this movie. It has adventure and romance, and has twists in which you don't expect. The colours are amazing. I recommend this for everyone, old and young!

If you aren't lucky enough to have seen this phenomenal animation then you are missing out. Studio Ghibli has followed up their unbelievably wonderful "Spirited Away" and "Princess Mononoke" giving us the story of "Howl's Moving Castle" where a young milliner, absorbed in her mother's hat shop, is cursed. In her journey to release herself from the spell that she is under, she travels into the wastelands, attempting to rediscover herself and rescue a young wizard from his vanity. This amazing piece is a worthy accompanyment to all video libraries, whether they are filled with cartoons or otherwise.

This is a wonderful, magical and gentle film, highlighting the pointlessness of war and the importance of love, loyalty and friendship. I loved it and so did my seven-year old son.

This was totally different to what I was expecting. A very good Anime without all the cartoon blood guts and gore. Thought provoking and very funny in places. I would recommend this to anyone.

I just love this film. It is absolutley fantastic. The art in this film has had so much effort put into it, it is absolutley unbelieveable! I really liked all of the characters, especially Howl who is really funny. I would reccomend this film to everyone.

A truly beautiful film. I love this. It's something that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. The animation is beautiful and bright and very sharp. It's oh so colourful. The story is just wonderful as well, the characters are very likable, from the little boy to Calcifer the fire demon. Every scene is full to the brim with wonderful colours and details. They put so much work in to this, and it has paid off, it is terribly wonderful. I recommend this for everyone.
