In the style of films such as Airplane and Not Another Teen Movie, Hot Shots! is a great comedy where the laughs come aplenty. Making fun of films like Top Gun, Hot Shots is filled with in movie jokes and hilarious antics. If you've seen the second one then you have to see this one.

This is quite funny. A send up spoof of Top Gun. Filled with zany sight gags and lots of satire. Starring Charlie Sheen, Valeria Golino and Cary Elwes. The family and I have watched this a few times and it still manages to raise a laugh. One of the better send up movies and continues to remain fresh and original. Well worth a watch for the family especially if you like this particular genre. The acting is very good and well timed with a capable cast well suited for the comedic element.
