This contains three ten minute long workouts focusing on working out and defining the legs and butt. It's good because a ten minute session is easy to fit into your day, but you can also do more than one in succession to make it a twenty or half-hour workout. There's also a bonus workout so you can do that for variety or add it to the list for an even more intense session. Kim is a curvy girl but also very in-shape, so that's good to see in an instructor.
