You can't cheat Death. You can't hide from Death. But you may be able to create a rift in Death's design...On the first anniversary of that infamous plane crash, a group of teenagers are travelling on Route 23. Suddenly one of them has a vision of an apocalyptic car pile-up that kills hundreds of people. Or is it a premonition? By stopping the traffic behind her, Kimberly (A.J.Cook) saves the group from the inevitable catastrophic road carnage... But Death has it's own Grand Plan and finds increasingly inventive and gory ways of finding and despatching these survivors. Knowing her turn is coming up next, a desperate Kimberly realises she must track down Clear Rivers (Ali Larter) that lone survivor of the original plane crash - maybe together they can at least stall death's evil march. This shock sequel to the cult horror hit is a heart-pounding gorefest laced with irony, wit and a truly eye-popping series of bloody executions. You could be next!

This is possibly one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I have not watched the very first one, neither the one that has just come out into the cinema titled "The Final Destination", which itself begins a new ride of thrills. But I've seen Final Destination 3 and enjoyed it heaps more than this predictable horror/failure.
Final Destination 2 just wasn't as good as 3, and was advertised like it was some gory action movie, when really only had a bleak, selfless plot that had too much violence, and less scares. I never felt horrible in the stomach or frightened by this sequel, but disappointed.
Carla and her friends set out on a trip, but their fun is quickly turned around for the worst when Carla has a vision of their nearing deaths... A huge truck comes along with stacks of gigantic logs that fall lose and create a catastrophic incident on the highway.....
Now she must fight for her survival, and deal with the loss of her friends, as well as the group she has formed with people that survived the plane crash in the first movie. I'd still recommend this movie though, if you're willing to watch the whole franchise, but it has absolutely nothing to do with Final Destination 3, and only has a couple of characters from its predecessor.
Kimberly Corman and her friends decide to head out on a trip. On the way, they get caught up in a horrible accident, in which Kimberly survives, but her friends die brutally. Kimberly also saves a few other people. Soon after the accident, the survivors of the accident start dropping like flies. Now, it's up to Kimberly, along with the help of Flight 180 junkie Thomas Burke, Clear Rivers, and the Mortician William Bloodworth, Kimberly must find a way to stop death before it's to late... Before it's her turn.
its sooo good
A pretty good follow up to the first film, has a girl seeing a horrific traffic pileup, only for it to happen soon after. With several people who avoid the collision, Death once again starts picking people off with what seems like freak accidents. Some of the deaths are a bit messy, so fans of gore will get a kick out of this. Lacks a bit of freshness though.
This movie has a more surreal feel to it than the first. The highway pile up at the beginning was pure carnage and the way this storyline intermingled with the plot of the first movie with the whole six degrees of separation between the characters past and present makes for a pretty good "wow" factor. Ali Larter as Clear Rivers makes for a strong character this time round proving that wisdom does come from experience. The kooky characters that without wanting to become reliant on eachothers survival really play out their parts well. Making this an entertaining and very cool horror movie... even with the tiniest bit of cheese.

this is a really good sequel to the first final destination movie! i would almost say that this is better than the first, as there are many more characters, and it is more exciting. ali later is back again, and she serves as someone to educate the new group of people about the horrors of death. a must see if you enjoyed the first one!
Very cool sequel to the excellent movie final destination, final destination 2 is just as good as the origninal movie, it hought the intro was awesome to this one (i had the same opinion about the others lol) and i reckon its a must see if you thought the first was scary, i really liked the way the kid fell to his doom (trying to not kill the movie for someone who hasnt seen it yet)
um yeah i gotta say that this movie is the best of the franchise and is probably always going to be in my opinion. this has a great amount of gore which is not really my thing but the thing that this particular movie has going for it is its comedy value as the movie makers knew the whole plot was silly and couldnt be taken seriously so they just made it even more funny, cool movie.
This is a pretty enjoyable franchise - this sequel is very good, with death coming for a host of people who escaped his clutches in a freeway accident, only to suffer later... all manner of grotesque death scenes follow, with us hoping beyond hope that someone will escape - because, deep down, we all crave immortaility, but... OK, enough with the metaphyics; it's an enjoyable, violent thriller...
WICKED movie about a group of teens trying to escape fate, and by that i mean death! really good watch if you dont mind seeing numerous people die in exciting ways. a good one if you are interested in the concepts of life and death, and being able to escape destiny. this is a really good concept for a movie!
