Although a bit long-winded in some parts, the premiere season of the sci-fi gem Farscape encapsulated the vision of the universe, not as a place of exotic peace, but war, bad language and drunkards, among the other things. Ben Browder plays astronaut John Crichton, shot through a wormhole while conducting an experiment. He finds the Leviathan Moya.
Crichton meets alien lifeforms Ka D'Argo (Anthony Simcoe), Pa'au Zotoh Zhaan (Virginia Hey), Chiana (Gigi Edgley), Bialar Crais (Lani Tupu), Rygel XVI (voiced by Jonathan Hardy), Scorpius (Wayne Pygram) and PeaceKeeper warrior Aeryn Sun (Claudia Black).
Expect many familiar faces among the guest stars.
