Stunning, unique sci-fi action thriller that has Jackson style violent splatter, but some fascinating social commentary, in the context of one of the world's most controversial global hot-spots, South Africa, as a Government representative is affected by an alien substance that sees him slowly transforming into an alien (known derogatorily as 'prawns') -- which allows him to see things from another perspective... never cheesy, but touching, endearing, with great action sequences... this is a very different kind of film...
