Another feature-length episode of the 1960s Western series set in the town of Cimarron. In this instalment, Marshal Jim Crown (Stuart Whitman) is called in when two corpses are found hanging from a tree. Homesteader Jared Arlyn (Mark Lenard) and his family admit to witnessing the two men being 'rope-dragged' by four horsemen, but fear prevents them from testifying against the guilty party.
