Good but not great. Then again this is a hard book to adapt. The winter scenes were done well, but the choice of Tilda Swinton as the White Witch is questionable. Not only was she not sinister looking or sinister enough, she looked more amazon warrior than witch when winter faded. This movie still is miles better than the original televised BBC version. The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe is a classic story and ever cultured reader would have read it. But the delivery and the way this movie was presented could've been much, much, much, much better.
