Anything can happen on the station. And just about everything does as events ranging from freighter problems to Narn intrigue to Vir's reassignment to a mysterious alien probe sweep through the station.
Episode 4: Passing through Gethsemane
Capital punishment has been replaced by the "death of personality" - a mindwipe that switches a criminal's past consciousness with a new one. It's supposedly foolproof, but the plight of a B5 monk suggests otherwise.

Season 3 and the start of 4 is the best arc of the show. Just seeing those shadow ships in action give me the chills. The whole concept of this show, the galaxy, the different types of space and time are excellent and leave so much room for giving hints at what is out there which the writers do with gusto. The only thing about Babylon 5 that suffers are the extras – they truly do suck. So does that guy in Season 5 who is the leader of the mind reader cult, but just try to ignore him. Watch season 3 and 4. You don’t even need to see 1. This is a really good show.
Season 3 of this very deep plotted and well thought out sci-fi tv series is probably the best season of them all and puts shame to some of the made for tv movies. This season is dubbed the point of no return and it really is for the show as it doesnt look back and truely evolves into something special. This is a must have for any fans of the show with some nice extras to boot
