from the two guys behind southpark, baseketball is a hilarious movie about what these two tought of when they asked themselves the question, "if we were going to be professional athletes, what sport would we play"? combining basketball and baseball with psyching out your opponant, this movie might find the kids imitating the sport out in the backyard

this movie is absolutely hilarious! the first time that I saw it I couldnt not contain my laughter! though, i must admit that the humour is a little bit more for teenagers, and possibly the occasional(male) adult, lol. this is a definatley a film that you want your young childrent to be watching. but is is definatley something that I would reccomend to teenagers!

Despite not being directed by them, this film has Trey Parker and Matt Stone's calling card all over it. An entertaining comedy about two losers who invent a sport mixing the rules of baseball and basketball, and it becoming a huge success. When their manager dies, they are given the team, but only on the terms of winning the next championship. Fans of South Park and Team America should enjoy this.

This movie is helarious, a fair few of the jokes go on the shock factor more than anything but i found it too be great, it is very much a spoof of profesional sports and to say other wise is just ignorance, its seriosuly helarious and well worth a watch in my opinion, certainly not a kids movie though as some of the jokes can be quite rude

a "side-splitting spoof of professional sports"? I don't know about that... it's pretty lame, actually... Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South PArk, aren't terribly good... Jenny McCarthy should be ashamed of herself for agreeing to play her part in this... it's not funny, it's not entertaining, and the jokes are infantile... if I could give it a zero, I would...

I was pleasantly surprised by this movie.
By the makers of South Park (which is ok I think) I decided to watch because I like basketball.
A brilliant idea for a game, and the movie is executed rather well.
Not usually my type of movie at all (it's a bit like Dodge Ball or Zoolander, which I don't like very much) but I actually love this one - have bought it myself.
I especially like Free Range Chicken Night, makes me laugh everytime.
A great movie to watch - just try not to get offended, it's so funny!

Whether you're a fan or an enemy of South Park, this is a good comedy to watch mostly for the teen to young adult market. It may seem ridiculous and a bit too slapstick at times, but stars Trey Parker and Matt Stone really make this comedy work with an original idea and some hilarious moments, especially the 'psych-outs'.
Some would find this movie childish and purile, but it should be treated with a fun attitude and shouldn't be taken too seriously. Good to watch with a few mates and a few beers.

This is a great funny funny movie. Anyone who likes south park will love this, along with anyone who just has a bit of a crazy sense of humour. This is definately one to buy not rent, you could easily watch it over and over. Some of the psyche outs are absolutely hilarious.

Man do i love this movie watch it and laugh every time own it on video and dvd man its great love the cartman voice bit that was added in, so suggestive so funny so witty ah this is just one funny movie you have to have that kind of sence of humour for it, its not the movie you sit ya mum down to watch it with you, or your grandparents or your children!

well in my eyes matt stone and trey parker can really do no wrong. this is a great movie which i wish i hadnt seen so i could buy it again and watch it, but meah. Anyways a great funny movie that has so many funny scenes and some of the funniest lines ever "You know i think we should go to my place and lay some carpet", it even has yasmine bleeth if thats not funny i dont know what is.
