My new favourite '10 Minute Solution'.
The instructor comes across as really nice and pleasant. This workout is not overly exhausting but you will feel worked out, especially if combining several sections. This is not your typical pilates mat workout , as the band is used to replicate some of the exercises done on pilates machines.
I would rate this as a more intermediate level workout and prior knowledge of pilates would really benefit here, to get more out of each exercise.

This is the best workout dvd i have ever used. I have been consistently using this dvd at least once a week with great results. If you love clinical pilates with the reformer, this dvd uses the flex band/thera band like the straps on a reformer and it really is a great alternative. each segment focuses on a particular muscle group/body part, with a final section for stretching and flexibility. I have found i use this dvd over all others and enjoy it so much that i look forward to using it every day. Highly recommended!

Good workout and you can personalise what workouts you want to do. No explantion of how to do pilates breathing (so figure that out somewhere else). Not a graet introductory DVD to pilates, but worth perserving with.
