Wii Motion Plus, although somewhat expensive really extends the possibilities of the Wii Remote. With Motion Plus, realistic sword-fighting is now an option, instead of flailing around the Wii Remote aimlessly (See Wii Sports Resort if you're interested in sword-play). The extension simply clicks onto the bottom of the Wii Remote while still allowing space for a nunchuck. If you have a compatible game, Motion Plus is pretty well mandatory.

Fantastic addition to our Wii. Really adds a lot more control in games that are compatible with motion plus. Obviously makes no difference to other games.
We purchased this so we could have two motion plus controllers for use in Sports Resort, one of the best games around for the Wii.

Even the slightest of movements are recognised with the Motion Plus. Makes playing in Sports Resort so much fun! I hope Wii come out with more games that use Motion Plus.
