The The Sims 3: Supernatural is the latest add-on pack for the ever popular 'God Game' from Electronic Arts. It brings spooky hijinks to the world of the Sims.

Using the town of Moonlight Falls (where the emphasis is on the Moonlight) gamers will be able to create and (to some extent) control supernatural beings including werewolves, skeletons – including the classic character of Bonehilda - as well as spell-casting witches, mischievous fairies and, of course, the ever-popular vampire.

As well as playing in the forms of these fabulous creatures, the Sim-player is also able to stalk around Moonlight Falls under cover of night, armed with a wand in order to cast spells on all and sundry. Using a mix of magic and clever mixology, the gamer can mix a whole host of of incredible elixirs in order to zombify other Sims. Once concocted the heady mixtures are not single-use, either, as they can be shared with friends who have The Sims 3.

All this learning can come in handy as a good career move too. The Sims created in Supernatural can hone their psychic abilities and build a career as a mystic fortune teller, for example.

As usual with the Sims, there's a home-building element - even to this add-on. The gamer can decorate their house in the gothic style, adding a secret lair that includes a sliding bookcase door and loads of new furniture.
