Once upon a time, the island town that you now call home was brimming with life and energy. But those days are a distant memory now and your fellow island inhabitants have lost touch with nature since the mystical Mother Tree disappeared. To make matters worse, the Harvest Goddess is also gone, leaving the community in desperate need of a hard-working and upright citizen to save it - which is where you come in!

Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility for Wii invites you to live an idyllic rural life as you till the earth, befriend and raise animals, nurture friendships and build a family whilst leading the charge to restore the town to its former greatness. Your efforts will help to ensure the giant Mother Tree is reborn and the Harvest Goddess returns to bring prosperity once more.

Choosing to play as either a male or female character, youll enjoy a real hands-on farming experience as you work the land and grow crops by using tools that are activated with Wii Remote motions. Away from the fields, youll be able to live life at your own pace attending local festivals, fishing in the islands tranquil waters, playing mini-games or getting to know a potential spouse that you could one day start a family with!

If you do successfully woo the man or woman of your dreams and start a family, youll be able to play as your own child for the first time in the Harvest Moon series offering a whole new perspective as you work to restore the island and explore your surroundings.
