I was a wee bit skeptical when I purchased this - I tend to buy exercise DVDs and watch them once with popcorn (LOL) and then they end up buried in the cupboard or sold off to some other fool. However, this is something different and I am pleased to say I have actually used it... and more than once. With the Playstation Move, the exercise DVD is taken to the next level - you are actually ON THE SCREEN with Mel B who counts down your workouts, devises special plans to suit your fitness etc. It is actually really, really good. One of those things that tailors itself to your needs. I absolutely love it and will be able to keep using it as my fitness progresses.
