Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout is a made-for-Kinect game that sees the player facing challenges set by the TV show's Let Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and Alison Sweeney. The presenters will, however, also guide as well as challenging.

Because it is a Kinect title, the game requires full-body interactivity rather than being a controller-based experience. The game comes with more than 125 exercise moves in six unique environments including "The Biggest Loser" Ranch, "The Biggest Loser" Gym, "The Biggest Loser" Yoga Area and "The Biggest Loser" Boxing Ring.

The activities include warm ups, cool downs, ?new cardio boxing?, yoga, circuit training and core exercises. With ten preset fitness programs including Belly Buster and Boot Camp and 50 healthy recipes from the Biggest Loser Cookbook gamers can create and adhere to customised training regimens.

Two to four player multiplayer via Xbox LIVE enables people to buddy-up and maintain their regimens as well.

Also included are an auto-scanning body analyzer, a video diary, character customization, new, video tips and a calorie counter. The game also includes a 30-day trial membership to The Biggest Loser Club.
