I LOVE this book and haven't even finished it yet. Referred to me by a friend I got it out of the library and read the 10 day challenge at the end & chapter 1. I feel in love with it and wanted it for myself - it's one of those books you could refer to many times over time. really really awesome book for that woman who wants to be the best she can - mother, wife, partner and most importanly for herself. The book gave me a real "motivation" just at a time I was feeling a bit "flat" and wondering where "I" had gone as now I was just "xxx mum's". A must read for all woman who are mothers and while committed to their children also want to have their "own" life. It reminded me that' OK to want that.

This book is a must for all mums. It has been on my wishlist for a long time & finally my husband bought it for me. It is really easy to read, I read the first few pages in the car on the way home from the shop and loved it straight away. I love how she says she just decided not to buy into the tired mum syndrome anymore & to choose another way to be. Very motivating and inspiring for all mums. Love it.

You Sexy Mother was an interesting read & in parts inspirational.

Some of the suggestions were common sense but written in a motivating positive way to guide the reader into action.

Highly recommended for Mum's that need a boost or just need the guidance to change their perception &/or role in Motherhood.
