I have never come across such an interesting resource before. Yoga Pretzels is presented in a fun, colourful, easy reference card format. Each card in the set has a picture of the pose/activity and a description on the back. I think it is something that I would definitely incorporate into my childcare program and feel that the children (or adults) involved in the process would greatly benefit from this simple and fun introduction to yoga. The cards can be used as a full workout, in any order, or as individual activities. Very theraputic to find such a fresh resource.

These cards are great, I teach kids yoga and the kids absolutely love them, the pictures and format are excellent.
