A book doesnt change you or help you, you change and help yourself, books are only tools that you can choose to use or ignore. I personally found the visualisation etc very good because I want it to work for me and it does. To be successful you need to take accountability and to focus, this books has helped me to focus and I have achieved a 14% increase in my income budget with a full month to go to the end of the financial year I will achieve a 25% increase on income even though I had set a stretched goal to begin with. It is my opinion that yes the book is well worth adding to your success tool box but only if you intend to use it.

Average! As self-help books go I found that it glosses over a lot of material superficially. One of the first chapters asks you to just jot down your life goals for certain areas and then moves on. I found this a bit frustrating as you could devote a whole book to that task in itself!

Fantastic book on how to change the wiring of your brain for a happier, more productive life. The science of the brain is simply fascinating research now shows that we have the ability for our brain to change even as adults. It gives step by step instructions, case studies and explains the neuroscience behind it in an easily readable format. Learn how to change the emotional and logical circuits of your brain.

Quite a different book, gets you to do up visual aids of what you are passionate about or what you want to achieve. Also has a weird part where you need to get your friends to fill in an "anonymous" survey to rate you and give you action points to improve yourself which is abit uncomfortable. Like all these slf help things though, the results are temporary and it doesn't take long until you are distratced from it and don't do it anymore. Try the real Bible, much more help in there.
