About the Author
Judy Blereau is a natural foods expert who has been involved with the organic and whole foods industry for approximately 15 years, teaching and food coaching. In 2001 Judy founded the Whole Food Cooking school in Perth, Australia. Her focus is on helping people learn about good food - what it truly is, where to get it, how to use it and to give them the tools and information they need to make healthy eating a part of their everyday lives.

Jude Blereau's first cookbook (followed by Wholefood for Children and then, Coming Home to Eat) is excellent with great, tasteful recipes which are so easy to follow. There are no photos at all to refer to, but don't let that put you off (most photos are digitally and ridiculously enhanced anyway) because ALL the recipes that I have tried have been a complete success in flavour. Present it as you wish and make it your own! I love the clarity, honesty and simplicity of this book. Jude Blereau is a fantastic cook, author and educator. She provides enough information on what eating wholefood is about to get one started and thereafter, it's hard not to get hooked! I highly recommend Wholefood and the others to those who are interested and ready to make a significant and positive change in the way they view and eat real food.
The book was slightly damaged the delivery took much longer than indicated so missed the whole Christmas deadline so very disappointing. Wholefoods is an excellent book and I would highly recommend it.
Wholefood is a lovely book filled with recipes to increase your wellbeing. Its a great book for anyone who is interested in going back to the basics of food, recuding their processed food consumption and increasing their health.
Wholefood is a substantial and very solid cook book that not only provides recipes but also information about the foods used in the recipes. The subtitle Heal Nourish and Delight isn't far from the truth. The recipies are interesting looking healthy and for the most part fairly straightforward and practical. A useful and informative addition to the library.
