An excellent book. Illustrated very well with great pictures to engage young readers. My daughter is 11 yo and if she had been 12 I think she may have been perhaps a bit too old for it. It's very clear and concise without being too long winded and confusing. Has advice for parents too with activity sheets for the reader to complete.

I think this is a great book for children experiencing some form of anxiety. Not only does it serve as a story but also as a workbook that engages the child by getting them to participate in writing activities and other actions all whilst being a form of therapy and release.
Highly recommended and written by professionals.
A wonderful tool.
I rate it as a 9 out of 10.

This is a great book for children undergoing anxiety or has a fear of something. I like how this book is written in large print with fun illustrations and practical activities. Each chapter (9 in all) addresses a new concept in anxiety from how worries start, dealing with worries, re-setting your system and keeping worries under control.
