Kirkman's survival horror story continues in the next exciting installment of The Walking Dead bk. 2 as Rick and his group of survivors stumble upon an abandoned prison. With hopes of establishing a new home in the safe haven and protection of the prison, the survivors from Atlanta finally get a feeling of hope. With a secured prison, the possibility of food, clothes, and the luxury of personal living space, the group are quick to set up base. The story unfolds as greater depth is taken at understanding each survivor's tale and how their new world has changed them up to this point. While the prison seems like a chance for a new life and prosperity, dangers continue to lurk precariously just outside...as well as from within.

This is even better than the first book. So much conflict. I'v ordered the third and can't wait to see where the series goes. Again if you loved the first book you will love the 2nd. and to think there is 7 books. You will be entertained for a long time. Best zombie series i have read.

I absolutely love this series and book 2 is no exception. An amazing graphic novel for readers who love zombie/ horror stories mixed with great illustrations. This is great for teenage guys who don't love reading - they will get hooked on this. A very good price and this would make a good Christmas present. Highly recommended.
