Whether you are looking to go vegan, have been vegan for ages and want a good read or if you are just curious abut what the heck this vegan thing is this is a great book.

It is not for the light hearted. If you get offended easy, be prepared. If you are not vegan already or not a strict vegan they will get you thinking.I was a strict ovo-lacto vego but it definitely convinced me going vegan was the RIGHT thing to do.

Bob and Jenna state it how it is. They cover all your questions about lifestyle, answers to question non-vegans might ask, and the ethics behind ethical veganism. They use wide references and witty examples. This book will make you think about what you are doing with your lifestyle. It uses a good sense of humor and easy-to-read language.

Great all round. I would highly recommend it.

Great introductory read for anyone considering or new to veganism. Bob and Jenna Torres offer some interesting insights into living vegan, with practical help for the day to day challenges of being/becoming a vegan to the harder situations such as family/holiday events, co-workers/work functions and dealing with questions and criticisms.

Peppered with sarcasm and humour, the down to earth writing style of the Torres' means the book is more emotive in places but also a lot of fun to read and very relatable.

All in all would definitely recommend.
