About the Author

David L. Cram, MD, is the clinical professor emeritus for the University of California-San Francisco. He is the author of Answers to Frequently Asked Questions in Parkinson's Disease and The Healing Touch. He lives in Walnut Creek, California. Xiao Gao, MD, works in private practice and is an assistant professor of clinical neurology at New York University Medical Center. She lives in Riverside, Connecticut. Steven Schechter, MD, is a clinical assistant professor of neurology at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and is actively involved in medical student education. He lives in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
