great cook book for people who are dairy intolerant or who are vegan. The Ultimate uncheese book is clearly laid out with recipe alternatives to mant popular cheese dishes. Recipes you will find include Hot and Cold cheese sauces, Fondues, Pasta, Polenta, Quiches, Pizzas,cheesecakes and Block Cheese recipes. They range from quick and easy recipes to more involved requiring more cooking time and more advanced skills. I have tried a few recipes and found them very clear and easy to read, understand and make. I have made a few a few times and have found them a family favourite.

Having recently changed from being a vego to a vegan, I was a bit panic stricken as I loved cheese. Came across a reference to this book and thought I'd give it a try. I've only made a couple of the "cheezes" so far but really like them. They are a bit of an acquired taste but even my family enjoys them. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone who loves cheese but doesn't want to kill an animal for it's milk. Enjoy!

This book is excellent! Highly recommended. Excellent vegan cheese recipe for toasted cheese sandwiches. This is THE best dairy free book I have come across!!!

I must admit I was a bit hesitant that this book could come up with the goods but I am happy to say that the recipes I have tried so far have been a hit with my family. Don't expect the taste of real cheese but it doesn't do too bad a job at coming close.

a great book for vegans, vegetarians or those with dietrry requierements that mean they can't eat dairy. these recipes are really yum and healthy, while still being easy and relatively cheap to create. this will give you lots of good ideas and will become a fast favourite. a good price for a fantastic cook book. recommended :)

my son is lactose intolerent, so i find this book incredibly handy when cooking up a homemade meal. the recipes in here are really original and delicious. the food isn't bland or boring, there are heaps of tasty recipes in here. many of my favourite meals i created using this recipe book!
