I bought this book and although it is very informative, I have read better ones on PCOS. I found the information a little more difficult to read. However there are many positives. This book address's all symptoms of pcos and how to best handle and treat them. There is a glossary at end of book on where to obtain more info from. Oh and there are no recipes in this book (unlike some of the others)
