Fantastic book - i've borrowed this from the local library and just ordered a copy as I didnt want to send it back! With summer coming up, i'm sure i'll be using plenty of these recipes. Good mix of basic recipes and exotic flavours, and easy to follow instructions.
well who doesnt like icecream!? its pretty impossible to find anyone who doesnt! and that is why i think this book would be a great one to own. it would make a fine addition to anyones cookbook collection, and has some truly remarkable looking recipes and pictures inside it! i would say that any chocoholic or someone along those lines would be lost without this fantastic must-have dessert bible!
