About the Author
Dr Peter Rawcliffe has done extensive research into Coeliac disease at the Radcliffe Infirmary, Oxford, and with Ruth James set up the Oxford Coeliac Clinic. He is now a GP. Ruth James is a nutritionist and state registered dietician. She is chief dietician at the Oxford Radcliffe Hospital.

this book is very helpful for the recently diagnosed coeliac, who must quickly come to grips with a diet that is severely limited in many ways. provides advice not just for home cooking but also general survival - how to know what you can eat when out, what sorts of supermarket products to avoid and all of that sort of thing. new revised version.
