Great book, I am not a gardener but really wanted to give vege growing a go. This is a handy book to have, the cover is laminated so will last longer and you could take it in the garden. Easy explanations for an A-Z of veges & herbs, how to prepare the soil, how to plant and nurture to get a great result, and recipes for each vege. I really liked the trouble shooting guide for plants eg. why your tomato leaves go yellow and how to solve the problem. The insect guide and how to combat them at the back also very handy. They do mention alot of Tui products but they obviously sponsored the book and their products are great.

Looked an interesting book, but as it was purchased for a Christmas gift I couldn't really read it first.
The receiver thought it was wonderful as he is very young and has a wonderful vege garden and he new all about this book.
