I was a cynic with a rooted lower back until my physio pointed me at this stuff. It sounded dodgy but I didn't have anything to lose at that point so I gave it a whirl. I made an impressively quick recovery and have since used the exercises whenever my lower back starts to play up. I have now bought 3 copies of the book because I'm always lending them out to fellow sufferers and not getting them back! Really good stuff, as long as you have a back condition that is appropriate - check with the experts first.

This is an excellent book to aid with lower back pain.

The exercises are clear and easy to follow.
It also slowly introduces the exercises starting with simple, small movements.

I have used it and would recommend it without hesitation, but of course you should always check with the professionals as to what could be a worse underlying problem.

This book is ideal for anyone suffering with back pain. The exercises are easy to follow and the language is easy to understand. I have found it very useful with my 10 year jouney of back pain.

It’s a great book for anyone. It is definitely worth buying. I would recommend it to anyone. This book is fantastic If you are looking for a good book then this is it. I would recommend it to anyone. It keeps you interested and captivated. Whether it be for yourself or others, it’s a must have. I hope you will like this book just as much as me. Marvellous.
