This is an awesome, high quality, large scale book that captures the essence of the way the Thai people eat. Recipes are often complex but very authentic. Photography is superb (many street and market photos as well as recipe pics) and really sent us right back to our own experiences of Thailand. Even if you never cook out of it, you can still savour every page!

This is a great book as it is in true Street Food style. If you have ever been to Thailand and eaten the amazing foods that are cooked on the street corners, under bridges and in small alleys, then you'll love this. Very different from his other book, Thai Food but equally enjoyable.
