Well worth every cent on this book. As a swim coach with competitive swimmers this was well worth the read and used with all my workouts. Great variety of programmes, good up to date information, and easy laid out to understand. Factual and applies to the current day and FINA association. Clear pictures and good photos keep you wanting more. Well worth the read and use every day to your advantage. A wonderful variety of programmes that can be modified to suit and challenging to advance swimmers. Will give you the edge over others if you follow this to the letter. Well worth considering and highly recommend.
