Max Tomlinson ND qualified as a nutritionist, naturopath, and medical herbalist in 1986. Since then he has combined lecturing and writing with his busy consultancy practice at a west London medical clinic. He has a high profile client list that includes top celebrities, royalty, and business personalities. Max has made regular appearances on TV, is a contributor to Grazia, Marie Claire, Red, Easy Living and The Telegraph and has written one previous book: Clean up your Diet. He was voted one of the top 250 private doctors in the UK by Tatler in 2007, while the Daily Mail called him one of the 'Top 10 health gurus to see'. Max consults as a nutritionist to the Compass Group International, to Restaurant Associates in the UK, Espa, corporate consultancy The Wu Wei group, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel group.
