This book is wonderful. We struggled to conceive our second child. After reading this book I was able to work out the problem through charting and get it treated. I fell pregnant soon after. The book comprehensively teaches you how to chart your cycles to either fall pregnant or avoid pregnancy. There is a lot of information about chart interpretation and what can go wrong with your cycle.

Very well written. Covers everything you need to know about your own body. Even after having 5 children myself, I've learned so much! Highly recommended.

This is such a great book!
It really helps with understanding your cycles, and what is "normal". I found the temperature charting really interesting and very helpful! Recommended to anyone who is trying to conceive or who is interested in natural family planning. I was amazed at how much I didn't know about my own body!!
