Wanted a book dedicated to Tagines, not a few Tagine and a multitude of accompanyments that you have in every other Moroccan cookbook and this is certainly that. Quite overpriced at $38 AUD given that its presentation is poor - B&W print only, no photos, 22 pages of index and 8 blank pages at the end make it look fatter than the actual content. The other thing is there is a lot of repetition - its a lazy book, as if the author simply did a web search and cut and pasted the recipes in no particular order. Having said that there were a dozen or so of the 80 I'd probably cook, but at almost 40 bucks I would have nbeen better going to taste.com.au !
