Good and helpful as far as menu suggestions go, it is a handy help to think of what to cook. I have not used the shopping lists yet, but these do look good. It would be helpful for the number of people to be the same for every meal, so that groceries can be adjusted more easily (say 1, 2 or 4). The book is very upbeat, which is lovely, but some of the suggestions for a happy and healthy life are maybe more interesting for an adolescent audience, or in a different type of book. I would recommend this book for streamlining your cooking experience, though, for families, couples and singles alike.

Good book - havent had time to start using it yet but I am sure that I will - some nice recipes in here.

Great book! I don't follow it to the letter but it certainly has saved time and stress over what to shop for and cook!

Table Tucker is a great planner for folks starting out feeding themselves ( e.g. new flatties, newly marrieds).
The menu planner tied in with the shopping list and pantry lists is a wonderful guide for avoiding waste, but having all of the basics at hand. And the meals are interesting & tasty!
Highly recommended!
