A very technical read to teach about the theories mainly focused around the ‘what are you feeling?’ type of questions. Not a book that is full of funnies but a truly educational read into the psychotherapies put into simpler langue and about the elements that allow people to change. The authors have used their own problems that they had to overcome to allow them to write the book.
