There's loads of info regarding the background of this book, so if in doubt before you buy, have a look at www.strengthsfinder.com The great thing is, you don't have to sit in a half-day seminar to get the results as the test only takes just over 30 minutes. Plus fishpond is the cheapest.

A very useful approach to identifying your top 5 strengths. The approach is based on the idea that putting more effort into your strengths will provide much more reward and benefit than putting lots of energy into a weakness that will never be more than marginal. The online profile was quite a challenge but the result was true for me and a useful focus going forward. The book also details all the categories so that you can understand others. The website also provide additional useful resources. Recommend for everyone who wants to make the most of their gifts. Enjoy! Leona
