Definiltely one for the mum of a teenager!!! Often the teen's anger, frustration of general bad mood can lead to bad feelings and conflicty from both sides.
Help smooth over things by reading this book to help learn and understand how he or she might be feeling and in turn you will help your own feelings of resent towards the teen. It's a complicated time for them and you'll find that taking things personally isn't the way to go!!
