I have always found colouring in anatomy charts an absolutely brilliant and effective way to learn the muscles. There must be something kinesethic about memorising the shape and placement of items that are drawn or coloured. I enjoyed the activity immensley during my university anatomy courses. This book takes a slightly more simpler approach and looks to be appropriate for secondary students. The text on each opposing page is large, clear and easy to read.
