Heather Douglas is a lecturer in Management at
RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Her research interests
include innovation processes, social entrepreneurship,
micro-businesses and start-up strategies, and diversity and
difference. She currently lectures in the areas of entrepreneurship
and strategic management.
Suzanne Grant is a senior lecturer in Management
at Waikato Management School in New Zealand. Her research interests
include action research, critical appreciative processes,
not-for-profit organisations and ICTs, and organisational
behaviour. She teaching responsibilities include organisational
behaviour, engaging with social enterprise and community, and
management and social enterprise.
