I am chocoholic, and was very excited to receive the book, it is simple and easy, have only made Molten Chocolate Puddings which turned out gorgeous, i can't wait to make more, i was not disappointed at all, very happy indeed!!!
If you are a chocoholic ( like me) this is the book for you.
It covers everything from biscuits,slices,cakes and desserts.
Plus an informative section covering the different chocolate types with hints for melting etc.
Have already made several of the recipes and a favourite is Raspberry Spiked Chocolate Brownies. (Heavenly and so easy )

Full of lovely, simple recipes from the Modern Classics series. The recipes are simple to follow and use basic ingredients found in your everyday supermarket.
