This is a fantastic book. My family and I have chinese heritage so we have been cooking chinese meals for as long as I can remember. However Kylie's book has given us new an exciting ways to cook the meals we have always loved. It's easy and uncomplicated for those who don't even know where to start on chinese cooking. My mother has never been a great cook, but everything she has cooked from this book has been fantastic. a great book for anyone who wants to learn more about chinese food.

This cook book is quite honestly, the only Chinese cook book you will ever need. The food you cook turns out exactly like what's on the pages. The ingredients are not difficult to find and once you've bought them once you will use them over and over. The soups are incredible, the omlettes are easy, fast and tasty and it's added a whole new reportoire to my menu at home.
