This is an amazing box set! They are the best books I have ever read. I like them because they are both sad and exciting, and I wish they made a 14th book.
I love the way the characters are drawn, and I love the way the baby sister talks. I love how the books are scary, but not too scary.

These books should never be opened, not because they are unworthy to read but because of the truly terrible events that take place. Death after death, after death. An evil, deranged distant uncle trying to take everything you have. Three children, one just a baby must outsmart a group of murderors and escape death more times then they can imagine. These books should truly-never-be-opened.

I bought these books because they were reportedly as good as Harry Potter. I was astonished at their unrelenting negativity and immediately sold them again.
