This book is unlikely to be considered politically correct. It is however, irrepressibly funny. The words disobedient, unruly, disorderly, undisciplined, cheeky, mischievous, disrespectful, crazy and ...in need of a damn good thrashing, have all been used by early readers who have a miserable and intolerant attitude toward life. Hopefully no more like them will read this book. The book covers the 2nd and 3rd decades of a young man's life during the 1960s and 70s - the cars he owned - and what he did with them. Today he would be called a boy racer. He likes to think he still is!
From the Author
This is a humorous book about a young mans cars and what he did with them during his teenage years during the 60's and 70's in New Zealand.
If you are a normal fun loving human being - it will make you laugh.
If you are an intolerant, 'new age' misery who doesn't know the meaning of fun - it may make you 'wild as hell'.
It illustrates that the current 'Boy Racers' are not a new phenomenon - they have existed for over 50 years - and the previous generations were up to much more mischief than the current group.
Buy this book if you have a good sense of humour, love cars and have enjoyed indulging in your own bit of civil disobedience. It will make you laugh - a lot.
