We love this book. Our kids love to know what's going on inside them, and while reading this I can explain what all the good foods they eat will do and show them in the book. It is very factual and does cover ALL of our bodies functions (yes there is a section on bodily excretions). Actually helped my younger ones with toilet training. Flaps are fun and information is basic and concise. This book also says it is made with paper from a sustainable source.

Fantastic book for children of all ages, my two & a half yr old & 6 yr old. Have bought one for cousins for Xmas!

This book is just fantastic! It is totally accurate and yet very simple to follow. My 4 year old twins love it. We just go through one "body function" at a time and they really enjoy seeing how things work. When their Nana had a stroke they actually explained to her what happended. I have certainly had a refresher course too. I recommend this for all ages - from the young through to teens - with adults learning something too. Great value - the quality is fantastic and it is hardy!
